This program operates on an FCFS (First Come, First Served) model, meaning each pool must be fully claimed before the next one opens.

### POOL 1 – STARTER POOL
Total Rewards: 300 NFTs\
Requirement: 6 referrals = 1 NFT\
Max per participant: 5 NFTs (max 30 referrals per participant)\
FCFS: Once all 300 NFTs are claimed, the program moves to the next pool.
### POOL 2 – ADVANCE POOL
Total Rewards: 500 NFTs\
Requirement: 8 referrals = 1 NFT\
Max per participant: 5 NFTs (max 40 referrals per participant)\
FCFS: Once all 500 NFTs are claimed, the program moves to the next pool.
### POOL 3 – MASTER POOL
Total Rewards: 700 NFTs\
Requirement: 10 referrals = 1 NFT\
Max per participant: 10 NFTs (max 100 referrals per participant)\
FCFS: Once all 700 NFTs are claimed, the referral program officially ends.

## IMPLEMENTATION & REWARD SYSTEM
**Start Position:** The referral program activates once a user joins [SHIFT HUB](http://hub.mfhlabs.com) and claims their SHIFTBLAZERS Card.
**Progression:** Users earn rewards based on the active pool at the time of their referrals.
**Rewards:** Each pool has a fixed NFT reward pool, distributed on an FCFS basis until supply runs out.
