With exclusive rights to the OCC GEN ART license—a revolutionary innovation enabling the development of the Defoo Economy model—we unlock the potential to build a sustainable football economy where fans become active participants.

### Current Funding and Strategic Growth

MFH Labs is currently funded through angel investors and direct crowdfunding from NFT investors. At the same time, we are negotiating with Web3 partners who have the potential to join our investment pool and accelerate ecosystem growth.

We have developed the first 7 official collections and the DeFoo Engine, laying the foundational infrastructure for scaling. These steps are prerequisites for every future milestone and unlock further development of the decentralized football economy.

### Defoo Market Development – Activation Threshold: $1M in Token Sales

We have precisely defined the Defoo Market framework and the resources required for its development.

Once we reach $1 million in token sales, we will officially begin developing the Defoo Market. The funds allocated to MFH Labs will be directly invested in building the first MVP version of a decentralized collaborative merch market.
